Air India Express has one of the most unusual liveries in the airline industry across the world. Each Boeing 737-800 has a different tail art with each side of the tail reflecting an aspect of India.

In the finale of our on-going series, today we feature the tails of VT-AYB and VT-AYC.

VT-AYB features the national animal of India, the Tiger; specifically the extremely rare mutation called the White Tiger. The other side of the tail features the Tiger's preferred prey, the Chital or Spotted Deer.

VT-AYC features articles of clothing from two extremes of India. The Patola from the western state of Gujarat and the shawl from the north-eastern state of Nagaland.

We hope you enjoyed the Air India Express tail art series as much as we enjoyed bringing them to you. For a complete list of all articles in this series click here.
